Paulina has over 13 years of experience in recruitment, mainly recruiting for industrial/manufacturing and engineering clients across East Anglia.

Started her career in supplying high-volume temporary staff to a various food manufacturing business. For the past 7 years, Paulina has successfully placed permanent staff within engineering, manufacturing, and industrial sector. Throughout this time,  Paulina has built a strong relationship with many reputable businesses as well as candidates who value her work immensely.

Paulina joined Position 1 Recruitment in September 2023, and her mission is to take the branch through a journey to a great success. Paulina is a true people person, with a great communication skills and ability to adapt to all environments.

When not at work, Paulina enjoys spending time with her family as well as friends. Traveling has always been of interest and whenever she can, she is out of the house/office exploring!
