Salary: Start £12.21 up to £14.50 + Overtime (Half days on Friday – Working week 39 hours)

Position 1 Recruitment is currently seeking a Electrical Panel Fitter on behalf of our client, a reputable and well-established engineering manufacturing company based in Watton.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assemble control cables in line with wiring schematics and data sheets, ensuring precise cable crimps, ferrules, and accurate identification.

· Fit and secure mains power cables, ensuring they are correctly sized, identified, and installed.

· Attach power cables to components using specified torque settings, applying torque paint as required.

· Install earth cables throughout enclosures, ensuring all removable covers are correctly grounded.

· Produce heat-shrink wire markers and component labels using specialised printing equipment.

The successful Electrical Panel Fitter will have a strong engineering background, particularly in electrical work, with transferable skills related to wiring and panel assembly. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.

Full time, permanent position 07:30 – 16:30 Monday- Thursday and 07:30-12:30 on a Friday.
