Job Title: CNC Manual Machinist
Location: Norwich
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Position 1 Recruitment is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Norwich that is seeking an experienced CNC Manual Machinist to join their team. We are looking for a skilled Manual Turner with experience in vertical turning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC and manual turning/milling machines while following company health and safety policies.
  • Ensure all work meets required quality standards.
  • Program, run, and operate various machines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tooling or setup issues.
  • Perform turning, milling, and drilling on various components.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a CNC/machine shop environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take on additional tasks as required.
  • Apprentice-trained to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in machining.
